Shipping

• Free shipping for all U.S orders
• All in-stock items will be shipped from California
• Orders placed before 4pm PST during working days will be shipped same day
• Pre-order items and In-Stock item will be shipped separately. In-Stock item will be shipped first.

ORDER ARRIVAL

Arrival time with the free shipping is not guaranteed. For major metropolitan areas, in-stock items will arrive in approximately 3 working days. Outside major metropolitan areas orders will arrive in approximately 4 working days. Pre-order items estimated arrival time is about 2 weeks. Please allow 7 business days for us to prepare the stock after you placed the order. When the item arrive at our warehouse, we will inspect it, and pack it for pre-shipment to the U.S. Once the parcel arrives in the U.S and gets clear from the U.S custom, a tracking number will be released and we will send a shipping fulfillment email to you.

Please not that the arrival time for pre-order items are subject to change and could be delayed due to U.S customs and other uncontrollable factors.

Return

Items purchased from Nichiq are eligible for a full store credit refund if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fee. For international orders, customer are responsible for 2 ways reshipping for return and exchanges.

All returns must be authorized by us.  Please send the return request to cs@nichiq.com , with order number and specific items requesting to be returned.   

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and come with the original tags, if applied.  The refund will be processed at the time of receipt of the return package, store credit refund will be processed to the account the order was originally placed.  Sales items, and 30% or more off are final sales, cannot be returned.
